None of our digital product subscriptions or services are refundable. As each customer is granted full access to our products, via their specific, chosen subscription period, and during that time, each customer has been able to use our products in-full for the full duration of the subscription period, which requires our time and resources, no matter how much you ultimately decide to use our products, the transaction is fair, valid and final.
Please be sure to select the correct subscription that you desire before completing the checkout and purchasing procedure and it is what you want before clicking buy.
All sales are final.
We do not issue refunds.
Canceling Product Subscriptions
NONE OF OUR SUBSCRIPTIONS AUTO-RENEW - WE DO NOT BELIEVE IN THIS.
For those who have purchased a Product or Service, you may cancel your Subscription at any time.
To cancel, you can either (i) email us at (cgindicators@gmail.com) and follow instructions, if any, that we provide to you in response to your cancellation request, or (ii) initiate a cancellation through your account on Tradingview by letting us know you not renew.
You will be responsible for all subscription fees incurred at the point of sale, for the then-current Subscription period selected at checkout.
If you cancel, your cancellation will be effective immediately, but CGIndicators will allow you to access the Indicator features until the end of your most recently paid-up Subscription period ends, we will then terminate your access.
Canceling your Subscription won’t cancel your Account.
Please be aware that any fee or subscription plan is exclusive of all taxes.
Note:
If we believe that any customer or member of a CGIndicators paid services are in breach of our Terms, or act outside of the letter or spirit of our Terms, we reserve the right to add limitations to your access to our products and services.
